Most of our products are manufactured using professional 3D printing technologies.
Although products are displayed as available for purchase, many items are manufactured after an order has been placed.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, depending on:
- Product complexity
- Order volume
- Material availability
- Production schedule
- Quality control requirements
Processing time does not include shipping time.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

- BOX NOW
The available shipping methods displayed during checkout depend on your delivery address and the services available in your region.
We reserve the right to use an equivalent shipping provider if necessary to complete your order efficiently.

International

Shipping costs are displayed before payment is completed.
7. Customs, Duties and Taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers are solely responsible for:

We have no control over customs processing times or additional fees imposed by customs authorities.

We are not responsible for delays in updating tracking information once a shipment has been handed to the carrier.

Replacement or refund decisions will be made after completion of the carrier's investigation and in accordance with applicable law.
12. Damaged Shipments
Customers should inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damaged packaging
- Photographs of the damaged product
Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Partial Shipments
In exceptional circumstances, we may ship an order in multiple packages.
Customers will not be charged additional shipping costs for partial shipments initiated by us.
14. Order Refusal
If a shipment is refused by the customer without prior agreement or is returned due to circumstances attributable to the customer, including failure to collect the shipment where applicable, we reserve the right to deduct any non-refundable shipping or carrier charges from any refund where permitted by applicable law.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights.
